Police at La Guardia airport in New York are questioning a man who managed to fly from Lima, Peru through Fort Lauderdale, Florida and into New York all with a monkee hidden in his hair under his hat.

In a security society where bottles of ginger ale are poured out at the gate and toothpaste is confiscated this guy managed to travel on Spirit airlines from south to north with a monkey known as a marmoset as a traveling companion. This despite having to go through customs and facing a seven hour travel delay in Fort Lauderdale.

The marmoset was said to be well behaved while on the flight, it now faces a month long quarantine and then perhaps a life in a zoo somewhere in America. It's not known if the man transporting the monkey will face a similar fate.
