It's summer time and that fine Canadian tradition of the sleep over is alive and well in Ottawa.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper is going to have President Felipe Calderon and his family sleep over at Harrington lake next Tuesday, part of Calderon's visit to Ottawa for NAFTA talks.
The third member of the happy NAFTA family, George Bush is only hanging around for the business meetings with Harper and Calderon, Bush won't be sharing tall tales, tall drinks (in Bush's case a tall Grape Knee high) and maybe some Canadian beef on the BBQ. He won't be taking in the festivities at the summer residence on the lake with his northern and southern amigos, instead he'll fly out of Ottawa back to his ranch in Texas to continue his month long August vacation.
.
The Mexican president was planning on travelling through a bit of Canada during his visit, but scheduled trips to Toronto and Calgary have now been scrapped and instead he'll work on bi-lateral issues while hanging around the lake and roasting some marshmallows.
