Former triple Formula One motor racing champion Nelson Piquet has been sent to driving awareness school - for repeated speeding and parking offences.
The Brazilian also lost his drivers licence after accumulating too many points on driving infractions on the streets of Brasilia, and the fast lane seems to be a family trait for the Piquet's Nelson wife, Viviane, also had her licence taken away and like her husband must now attend a week's worth of safe driving classes.
The Speeding Piquet's can regain their licence upon completion of the course and a successful result on a drivers exam to follow it.
