Council is called to special session, an open meeting which follows the closed session of 5 pm.
Items of interest from the open session were a vote on the Financial statement provided by city staff, an approval of a change in hours for Chances Prince Rupert and a chance to have their say on whether the recently disbanded Northcoast Health committee should be allowed to speak at the next closed session of Council.
