Missing person case now considered a case of foul play

Houston RCMP have changed the direction of their investigation into the disappearance of Michael Bolton, at one time considered a missing person case, the RCMP now fear that he may have become the victim of foul play.

Mr. Bolton has been missing from Houston since May of this year, although his disappearance was not reported to the RCMP until July.
.
It was thought at the time that he had boarded a Greyhound bus for a trip to Prince Rupert, but no evidence, whether hard or anecdotal has come about to suggest that trip was ever taken.

He has not been in contact with his family since the time of his May disappearance and any reported sightings of him in the Terrace or Prince Rupert areas have proven to be unsubstantiated thus far.

The RCMP would like anyone with any information on Mr. Bolton to contact them at the Houston RCMP detachment at 250-845-2204 or through the Crime Stoppers program.
