Super seven lottery winning ticket sold in Rupert!

The hackingthemainframe site is spreading the word that a Rupertite (or someone who bought their ticket here), has won a secondary prize on the national Friday night lottery.

The Super seven website from bclc, confirms that a Rupert ticket holder is sitting on a half decent pile of money, not quite the Giant jackpot that was offered up, but still better than the usual gruel of picking up a free play or if you're really lucky a ten spot for your investment.

While the big prize of some 24 million was split among two people from Quebec, a Prince Rupert ticket with 6 of 7 seven numbers plus the bonus number of 28 will pick up some handy Christmas money, totalling $127,354.10.

While I would like to announce that I'm the lucky ticket holder and that the drinks are on me, we'll all just have to keep our drink orders to ourselves. My tickets somehow missed the good mojo, and while I'm thankful for the free plays that I'll cash in tomorrow, I think I might have found some good uses for that 127 thousand dollar win fall.

Congrats to the lucky local whoever he or she may be.
