Travel advisory issued for Terrace area

It's that time of the year again, our shifting winter weather patterns make for challenging driving conditions both around town and on the highway to the Terrace and beyond.

Travel to the east and west of Terrace is not recommended this afternoon, as the Ministry of Highways advises that limited visibility in blowing snow is causing for travel concerns today.

The Advisory was issued at 12:38 and is in effect for the portion of Highway sixteen that runs from Agate Creek Bridge to Terrace in the west and from Terrace to Big Oliver Creek Bridge to the east.

You can check for updated road conditions at the Drive BC website
