Motions from City council

They've been more miss than hit of late, but the Daily News finally returned to their scorecard format for countil meetings.

So with that, we continue with our reproduction of the Daily news scorecard for the council meetings, this version covers the city council meeting of May 12, 2008

Question 1. That council accepts the city's five-year financial plan, which includes a five per cent tax increase on property for 2008.
