CN OFFICIALS confirmed that the CN line between Prince Rupert and Terrace opened this morning.

"They did an assessment and they did what was necessary to open up the lines this morning," said CN spokesperson Kelli Svedsen.

The trackbed of the CN line was wiped out due to flooding on the Skeena River on the morning on June 6, leaving businesses like Ridley Terminals and Prince Rupert Grain without an influx of product for shipping.
