Give Nestle credit for having a business plan like no other, the chocolate maker who provides the world with such treats as the Kit Kat bar and Smarties, is about to acquire the Jenny Craig dieting chain.
Nestle the world's largest food company, has put in a 600 million dollar bid to purchase the exercise and nutrition operation.
It could change the entire dynamic of dieting forever, meet your target weight and reward yourself with a chocolate bar or two. Put on a bit of weight and you can head off to see Jenny and start all over again.
Either way Nestle is on to something here, what they giveth they shall also taketh away.
