Prince Rupert has probably been called many things in it's history, but frigid isn't an image that springs to mind. However, there it is in type, as part of a story in the Christian Science Monitor on the future of shipping and the ports that service them.
The reference to our little Podunk is brief, a mere paragraph in the extensive review, stating that our "frigid frontier town" is trying to turn itself into a transportation hub.
As they say, any press is good press, as long as they spell your name right, eh!
