Hey what about us?

According to the Opinion 250 website there is relief at the pumps in many locations across Canada this week, as the price of gas begins a downward direction for the time being.

Well almost everywhere we guess, while Prince George pays 1.14, Fort St. John shells out 1.18 and Vancouver drops to 1.06, Prince Rupert is still ringing in the cash at 1.22.

Even Whitehorse, has a deal on gas this week at 1.20 a litre, the cheapest place is Kingston, Ontario where the locals can fill er up at .94 cents a litre. Eight other Southern Ontario cities also have gas now selling for less than a dollar a litre.

Where's the love we ask, where's the love.

In Prince George, it is $1.149, down from last week, but still much higher than the national average. The place not to be if you need a fill up today is Ft. St John.

The price for a litre of gas in the "Energetic City" is $1.189 which is a full 8 cents less than it had been a week ago.

Our stronger dollar is getting the credit for the slip in price
