A good natured debate over an apparent development off of Prudhomme Lake has been going on for a few days now. With some folks claiming that the idea of a project there is pie in the sky stuff, while others suggest that it’s more developed than just yet another Podunk rumour.
Today, posted on the website portal, is the actual developer’s website for the new development called Prudhomme Lake Estates, just outside of both Prince Rupert and Port Edward.
