I'm still not too sure what this was going to be all about, but for now it doesn't matter I guess.
When it was first announced it was described as some kind of Surivivor thing coming to our part of the world to test the endurance of those foohardy enought to play with mother nature.
In the end, it seems it wasn't the ravages of nature that would slow them down, but that age old problem money. Reading between the lines of their press release it seems that they didn't have all their financial ducks in a row in time to put the show on for September 3rd as scheduled.
The Raid the North extravaganza, has been rescheduled until 2007.
Everybody hold their disappointment please! We can wonder anew what it was all about sometime next year!
