A medical study has found that taking an afternoon siesta will do wonders for your heart health and general well being. Taking a half hour off the job to catch a few zzzz's is the perfect thing to reduce stress and live a more enjoyable lifestyle.

If you're looking for the clincher in your negotiations with the boss for napping rights to the daily drudgery, just let him know that productivity will actually increase during your waking hours on the job if you're allowed that half hour siesta in the middle of it...
