The final session of council for 2009, featured yet another closed special session of council as ther preamble to the nights main event. Once the secret conclave had been completed, council would set about deliberating on a number of issues including the acceptance of the financial report, a deferral of grant decisions for community enhancement until January 11 and outlined a number of appointments to area boards.
And with that, Council will be free of further gatherings until the first session of 2010 on January 11.
