Love of donuts optional!

The coming crunch of retirements in law enforcement have police forces from Newfoundland to British Columbia seeking out new recruits.

From the RCMP to municipal forces, the need for interested applicants has developed into a bit of a challenging situation, as the various law enforcement organizations seek out the best of the available pool of interested applicants.

Things are so competitive for recruits, that it seems that some forces are trying some pretty interesting approaches to filling their ranks with potential officers. The CBC has taken a look at the Vancouver police website and the on line test provided on it and found that there really may be no wrong answers when seeking out a chance to jump into the world of law enforcement.

They found that even a 36 year old , out of shape and anti social applicant, might still find that his or her dream is still alive. The CBC found that even by picking the most likely to be wrong answers to the questions provided, upon completion of the test applicants would receive a message that suggests that there is hope for a police career.

"Your responses indicate that you have the potential to be a police officer but may need to strengthen certain areas of your application."

Take the test yourself and see if you have what it takes.

Who know's, with a little luck you could find that you could be on a beat in no time.
