As listed in the digital files of Royal Lepage...

With little movement on the pulp mill front from the new Chinese owners, it seems that time has run out on the members of Local Four, as far as keeping the doors open at the Sixth Avenue union hall location.
.
We're not sure if this akin to raising the white flag on any hope for an operating pulp mill in the city, but it surely isn't a good sign!

The long time Prince Rupert union hall is up on the for sale listings, with Islander Hall made its debut recently on the Royal Lepage website.

The Blurb on the Royal Lepage website page advises a few key highlights for someone looking to host a large gathering or in need of lots of space on two floors.

General Description: There's lots of parking at the front of this 2 storey (6400 sq ft total) handicap accessible multi-use building located on the edge of downtown core. Ground floor improvements are comprised of large meeting area, complete with kitchen; upper floor is organized as office space.

Priced at six dollars a square foot, it could be just what you're looking for to host the largest of gatherings or to organize workers at your place of employment.
.
And should things get out of hand your just a holler away from help. Your next door neighbour would be the RCMP detachment, whose members will no doubt be more than happy to come over for a cup of coffee and to offer some helpful advice!
.
Correction: To clarify the listing of the Islander hall, it is not listed as a "for sale", but rather is listed as a "for lease"...
