Highway 16 troubles multiply

Yesterday it was one washout near Slim Creek, about 110 kilometres east of Prince George.

Today, the highway is suffering a number of problems, another wash out shutting travel to one lane near McBride and one westbound near Houston, where traffic is reduced to one lane.

In addition to that, there is water pooling around the Houston area as well, to make the weekend driving just a bit more challenging.

The opinion 250 website had a number of pictures and details on the problems and you can check out the drive bc website for up to date information.
