Fuel up the Bronco, OJ’s back and in trouble again!

Former football player, sportscaster, actor, author and acquitted murder suspect O. J. Simpson, is once again in trouble with the law.

Simpson has been named as a suspect in a Las Vegas hotel room burglary, which saw a number of pieces of sports memorabilia being removed from the hotel.

He has reportedly been questioned by police and is considered a suspect in the crime which TMZ.com reports took place with five accomplices, some of whom it is said were armed and identified themselves as police officers during the incident.

Simpson explained to Las Vegas police that he was conducting his own personal sting operation, after being alerted to the fact that some of his old memorabilia was for sale in the hotel. For his undercover efforts, he was told by Las Vegas Police that he was free to go. However, while he has been cooperating with their investigation, he will remain under suspicion of his involvement in the incident.

Perhaps he was just showcasing his skills should George Clooney wish to make another Oceans movie, casting himself as the role of the cat burglar!

If so, he shouldn’t have any problem putting together an audition tape, the American media is salivating at the possibilities that this latest OJ story could provide. Already TMZ.com has scooped the competition with a number of reports on the OJ caper.
