Well here at the Podunkian bunker we never felt it, but according to the CBC and the various earthquake reporting centres there was a 5.7 magnitude quake off the Queen Charlottes at 3.40 this afternoon.
Reports have come in from as far away as Terrace and Kitimat of some furniture moving, pictures shaking and such, residents in Prince George reported some swaying as well, though no major damage has been reported anywhere in the province and apparently there is little threat of a tsunami for the coast.
