Quick someone call Paul McCartney!

Just wait til the folks at PETA see this latest development!

Scientists in the south pacific have discovered a new form of marine life, one that looks like a lobster that is covered with silky blond hair!

The Paris Hilton of the crustacean world was discovered by a team of American divers who were exploring the depths near Easter Island. It is described as being white in colour and measuring 15 centimeters (5.9 inches) long -- about the size of a salad plate. The scientists claim it is so unique it has been given its own name, Kiwa hirsuta. In fact so impressed were they by their feathered friend they have given the long maned lobster it's own family and genus.

No doubt we will soon see pictures of baby hirsuta's posing with world celebrities as the call to end the lobster harvest is made loud. Though to be honest with you, if I were Paul McCartney or any other celebrity looking for a cause, diving the depths of the south Pacific and then enjoying possibly the most isolated place on earth might be a good fit! If nothing else the weather is a tad warmer than the frigid ice flows of the North Atlantic!
