Sometimes the best approach is a positive approach

Some pretty interesting footage from Sunday nights final moments of the Celtics/Lakers playoff game. As the minutes were winding down in the fourth quarter, Lakers coach Phil Jackson decided to remind his team of the Celtics occasional lapses in fourth quarter matters.

Perhaps a more proactive approach towards his own teams abilities might have been a better motivational tool, as the Celtics on Sunday night at least, proved to be more than able to hold the lead and won the game by a score of 92 to 86 , taking a three games to two lead in their best of seven final.

Anyone care to wager a bet as to what will be the most played YouTube moment on the Celtic's flight out to Los Angeles?

We wonder if you can put up YouTube clips on the dressing room wall for extra motivation?
