Slowly but surely the gaming centre is starting to take shape. While many may think that this could be the first open air covered gaming centre in the province, one suspects that now the roof is finally up, the walls should surely follow. Located on the old Legion site, the Chances Gaming centre will have a rather amazing view of Prince Rupert harbour, which most likely won't get much of a look see once the slot machines and other modes of gambling are encased within the centres walls. Originally scheduled to be open by February, it's safe to say the project is a tad behind scehdule.
