Snowbound to the east

For the second time in less than a week the Ministry of Transportation has closed the highway between Terrace and Prince Rupert, this time due to limited visibility, with blowing and drifting snow.

In addition, with the winter storm coming ashore from the west and the cold air of the north mixing, travel advisories have been issued for other directions out of Terrace.
