And I can't help but hum along as I read the weather crawler on CTV Newsnet, showing the fact that balmy Churchill, Manitoba is twenty degrees warmer than Winterpeg and southern environs on this crisp Wednesday!
What do hundreds of polar bears know, that hundreds of thousands of Winnipeggers don't?
