Almost a throw away line on the way to war?

It's a complicated little ole world that we live in, but the prospect of World War III, probably should require a bit more consideration than a casual throw away line at a press conference.

Perhaps a bit of consultation with the rest of the world and thinking over a few other options to isolate the rogue nations, before we start throwing the bombs around.

It all makes you want to gulp just a little bit!
